I doubt Fate/Grand Order is going to get an English release....though I think there was a site doing translations for the game. Not that it matters too much imo since not sure the scenarios mean much in terms of universe.
but yea you will have to goffer illegal to get FSN VN...don't worry about the order because you have to do the routes in order. Then you can read the Fate/Zero LNS and play Fate/HA VN. There is also some lns oUT there for fate/apo too if you want some Jeanne action.

There is not an official english release. However, FSN is really popular, and it should be fairly easy to find it online. You could probably get a pre-patched version and all that too.

Well, he will probably be the invincible tactician because the synopsis says so... Although I hope he gets real opponents to make it interesting. He is already better than Inaho though because he has history and character...

Yeah Fate/Zero was easily my fav so far as well. Wasn't that much of an UBW fan although I enjoyed it.
That being said, iirc people who read it usually say that DEEN is just stupid because they read it and for someone who hasn't read it should be fine. So chances are he just doesn't like it

You don't really know what happens After the time skip because the end of the arc manga chapter came out the same time as the final episode. I think the gang goes out to rescue krul tepes in the latest manga chapters
And yea, s2 is better than s1
