From there, the show turned into a huge pile of shit. The MC is disgusting. Mumei turned from best girl (according to some after a few episodes) to an annoying brat. Good thing she's just 12 heh... else you could say she is just retarded. These kinds of shows (AoT too) turn away too quickly from "zombies vs humans" into "humans vs humans". This is really a shame. | ||

I'll give it a 5. I was entertained at least. Can't say the same for some other series this season. And kabaneri became so bad just by introducing a character. So disappointing. True but children stuff does seem pretty good for the target audience. Maybe they just the least fussy so it's easy to write. I don't see too many anime for adults(Leaving out man children here.) so it's harder to really shit on that writing as there just not a lot of options to shit on. LN or young adult industry just feels super formulaic while being incredibly popular so it's very in your face with how terrible the quality is. I agree though, most media is shit regardless of target audience. | ||

Truly beautiful! Excellent soundtrack! For an Anime (movie) that is 15 years old, it remains visually pleasing. Perhaps even more than shows today. | ||

Didn't really like Subaru once again, but whatever. At least him going there means we got to see that gorgeous throne room and all the new characters. When Reinhardt announced a 5th candidate I immediately thought it got to be Felt, since she wasn't introduced yet and she had some connection to the insignia. Priscilla seems interesting and so does Felix (who I also thought was a girl at first). | ||

Next season looks promising though And yes, this ReZero episode today was quite boring. But that's on par for opening episodes of a new arc I'd say so we'll have to see about that next week. + Show Spoiler + also lol, just recently I asked eca if they maids in ReZero are just characters that will only show up in the arc and never ever appear after the arc like how Felt was. Guess I was wrong on that. Good to see her again | ||

Meanwhile, Ace Attorney is paused as of ep 4, Schwarzes Marken, BBK, Active Raid, Rainbow Days, Divine Gate, and Prince of Stride are all still paused on about episode 3 from last season. I say "paused" because I will actually finish them all, eventually... | ||

Reminded me of a movie I've seen a few years ago : Voices of a Distant Star. Similar story, I felt (if my memory is right) Will probably watch Grave of the Fireflies tomorrow. Heard many good things about it ^^ Any other Anime Movies I should look? I have the 3 evangelion on my watch list (Never watched the serie!) | ||
