I think there was about one joke I remember because it was genuinely funny and that was in a special (?) chapter with the Octopus and his blind spot. In general, the art is the only thing the redraw has going for it (go figure). Despite the shitty art, I kinda prefer ONE's version more. | ||

Well yeah, compared to the web-comic. I was generally speaking however and as long as the redraw adapts the web-comic faithfully the redraw obviously has the same things going for it as the web-comic. | ||

Soma is the same. There are some crazy outrageous moments that people like to talk about or you see more often but they really aren't the core of the show. It's really merely a shounen show where the driving force is cooking. The whackyness around it doesn't really get into fetish land often but when it does people tend to blow it up so it creates that impression.
