Though tbh you can play it even if you don't understand anything lol, but it's not very fun that way.

Maybe having the dark elf actually get to the base and mention her story then stop there or something. No world trigger but at least double episode next week.

I forget what happens next exactly, but it all could have been skipped if Rory hadn't been so horny and they had just gone to fight the dragon. Instead we get the upcoming run around before anything happens and Tuka's horrible arc. Rokka continues to be great loving how the world's strongest man fights, but I'm worried where this is going after the arc. Not that we're going to be getting anything beyond this arc this season with only 12 episodes, but I might read the LN. Some comments here suggest it just gets weird and loses focus?

I prefer to look at it as them just building a bond through various enemy fights and Tora getting accustomed to how things are. Personally, I thought this episode was good for showing us that + Show Spoiler + Mayuki did infact remember Tora and the same goes for Asako.

It felt pretty non-cholant considering the emotional roller coaster that you go through for like 3 episodes before then. They just kinda swoop in and save his sister without any real hiccups and it's just back to normal after 1 episode. The episode itself just didn't evoke that much emotion when it could have been way more.

+ Show Spoiler + To think that we'll finally get an answer to who the 7th is. I was originally thinking of Maura or Goldov since every other character seems unlikely or has been exonerated but I don't think it's either at this point. Must've missed something since I can't see any of the current braves being the seventh. Maybe there's no seventh at all but the crest remained as is. I felt that they shouldn't have rescued the sister at all so yes, that part is a bit odd. Other than that though, it's been pretty steady mostly.

If it bothers you it will be hard to watch To be honest, I think the animation in YYH was pretty good until much later when they started to cut corners and having huge difference in animation quality between episodes.

It doesn't lose focus on what's happening. It just likes to throw plot twists at you all the time.

it finally happened! lol. Figured it'll happen in the last episode but guess not. Nice to see Shirayuki stay on as a strong female lead who hangs tight to her ideals and such. Expecting a very awkward episode next week! lol.

It's been years since i watched code geass for me to go into detail and give you specifics of certain plans and whatnot. But i can explain what i mean, i consider Lelouch to be a lot like Light Yagami. By all means both characters do things that are 'intelligent', but there are also times when these characters do things that they have no real reason to do simply because if they didn't the series wouldn't have continued or ended far earlier. Light: + Show Spoiler + Like Light taking L's bait at the start of the series, he could've ignored that, but obviously then we wouldn't have much of a story, or atleast not much of a Light vs L story. Lelouch did something incredibly similar in the end of season 1 + Show Spoiler + Where he for no good reason accidentally gives Euphie the command he does because of a 'joke'. The joke was in incredibly poor taste and completely out of character for Lelouch and was infact completely idiotic, why would he ever play around or joke around with a power he knows that he doesn't fully understand? It seemed completely out of character for the Lelouch that is supposedly cunning, careful and intelligent. But again, they needed him to do that otherwise no season 2. If i had just watched code geass i'm sure i could've give you more detailed examples but honestly i don't personally like the series much so it's not really very memorable to me outside of a few scenes. You're obviously free to disagree, but i don't consider Lelouch to be a smart character. He's just situationally good at strategy/planning when he needs to be for the story, imoimo.

Or, who was the one used the proper method to activate the seal.

It's just that at that time his power changed so he couldn't control it the way he had before, so he was very unlucky. I don't think that part was Lelouch's stupidity, just the dramatic misfortune of the show because he didn't intend to do it. Sure that scene and chasing the cats around because he let it steal his helmet and some other things were dumb but they were not his intentions. I'll agree that Light is stupid though, especially at the very beginning and very end of the series because of the choices he makes.

Well at least the main battle is going on now. And the girl now knows Arslan. But geez this anime has way too much "I believe Arslan will do something awesome and that's why I follow him" and similar praises for Arslan... It's almost painful.

+ Show Spoiler + A bit of a slow ep. We ended up not knowing much about this new dark elf character. Wagnaria + Show Spoiler + So it looks like they'll wrap up everything this season? That's one romance resolved, and I suppose Inami will be meeting Souta's mom in the next episode? Charlotte + Show Spoiler + The pace of this anime is suddenly going crazy. So I suppose they'll be taking in the terrorist guys for questioning next ep and prepare for some kind of showdown between ability users.
