marina up on dec 8 katanagatari 12 / 12 in a few days or so hyakka epi 9, 10 up did anyone watch all 8 episodes of endless 8 and find all the minor detail diffs? | ||

Something else, I wanted to rewatch Haruhi with someone who hasn't seen the series so far. Should we watch it in chronological or broadcast order? I watched Haruhi multiple times so far, but only once in broadcast order. The problem: We started with The Adventures of Mikuru Asahina and he said "I don't know if I want to watch this, looks stupid." I have a hard time convincing him otherwise and to try at least the next episodes. I would guess that chronological order would be best in this case, but I'm not sure. You should go in broadcast order, and are silly for showing that as the first episode. Half the people who are experienced with anime wtf pretty hard at that ep. I'd get him to watch ep. 2 in broadcast order if at all possible, since it is a much more "typical" episode, and go from there. | ||

Also in my case, the first episode wtf'd me out so much that I had to watch on and come to like the series, so yeah. If you really want more Tomoyo though, check out the OVA for Tomoyo; seeing as how it deviates from the main canon and doesn't even conflict with it, the OVA can be pretty much after any point after the Kotomi arc, though it's arguably better off being watched after the Kyou/Tomoyo mini-arcs. | ||

It was inevitable in retrospect; they couldn't have really done much with Kyou/Tomoyo's arc as they either + Show Spoiler + conclude with Tomoya becoming her boyfriend/Tomoya ALREADY being her boyfriend and staying with her I personally want to see at least a Tomoyo After OVA as I have no present methods to access/play the original material; I hear the story's pretty good in Tomoyo After. | ||
