But if you do it than at least to it for both genders. Doesn't really matter in which way you swing... Fan service by its very definition is a good thing. How so? Only because fans want something doesn't necessarily mean that it is objectively a good thing for a piece of art. So, fans should be disserviced, and that is "objectively" good to you? No, that's not what I said nor what I meant. Well, you did say that servicing fans was a bad thing. Which would mean that dis-servicing them is a good thing. just because something is bad doesn't mean the opposite has to be good!

Is there ANY industry more subjective and based on opinions than art? I mean Sent could sit here and claim he's objectively trashing your terrible taste in anime but that wouldn't make him correct (no offense Sent I rabu you).

First you say it's a good thing, then you say you don't care, now you say you appreciate stuff but without the sexualness (even though you termed it fanservice)...
Do you know what you're trying to say exactly? Because I don't. okay, i will format this properly. 1) it's good because both genders aren't left out. this way i don't have to go read some people going on their dumb SJW rants. and hey. maybe people should be exposed to that kind of stuff. the hate Free gets is kind of weird to me. 2) I only used the term fanservice because apparently that's how the term is used here. i don't want to see something similar to when i posted something about moe 3) well drawn art is well drawn art to me. That's it. Not sure what SJW is and I don't think Free gets much hate here (I like it and watched it at least).
Fanservice in the context that it was being spoken of (Shokugeki no Souma) is purely sexual so yeah that was the wrong time to use it.

Sjw = social justice warrior
But that's the thing. I see sexual content but I can't seem to see it in that particular light if that makes sense.

Yeah I'm not sure we have many (if any) SJWs here either? I think you're referring to a whole different community that doesn't concern us.
But anyway, now I see what you're trying to say. That's fine but for the vast majority of people who see sexual content for what it is (sexual content) I wouldn't say it's necessarily a "good thing" that there's nude men, although in my anime it's more hilarious than anything which is good. It's obviously all about the targeted demographic, and heterosexual males don't generally deem male nudity as something they'd enjoy seeing which makes sense, but at least SnS makes it light, which is great.
But really, would you expect the average guy to just sit around and watch male-on-male lovin'? I surely don't.

unless its the guys from No. 6

Does anyone actually admit to being a minicon other than me? :| All the other minicons (*cough*Elem*cough*) just fervently deny their true self which makes them seem more and more like a lolicon.

I'm do that a bit too much actually lol. Its a bad habit
Hmm, You're right. I'll keep that in mind. Maybe I've met too many weird people.

I used to be one of those weird people. :D
I used to love reverse harems with the prototypical yaoi'ish duos (think the twins from Ouran, or Shigure and Ayame from Fruits Basket) and I'd watch shows full of just bishounen (sometimes still do, aka Free), but Junjou Romantica scarred me for life and I just don't touch that stuff much nowadays. =X

Minicon is someone who is attracted to all things cute/adorable (be it babies, puppies, kittens, bunnies etc.) with not a hint of it being sexual.
Lolicon is someone who likes little girls sexually.
Go watch Working, the MC will explain it to you. :D

at least we use it as: minicon = people who like cute/adoreable kids, not in a sexual way lolicon = people who like cute/adoreable kids, in a sexual way
I only use minicon as an euphemism for lolicons though

I think the only person who claims to be a minicon that I actually believe is Souma. Everyone else who claims to be a minicon is probably just a lolicon trying to disguise themselves.
