I read the source. I was one of the few people who hyped it before the season started.
Legit most of the anime that are currently airing with the exception of parasyte...if it has a source manga that has a good amount of chapters, I have probably read through it already and determined if it's worth my time.
Hence why I'm not bothering with Ookami Shoujo, Akatsuki no Yona, Donten ni Warau....etc. etc...oh yeah there's also that one music one that I gave to goody...yeah not watching that one either.

exactly the same case for me, well, my exception being ookami shoujo, but I have other (nor from manga source) stuff I'm watching like G-reco, build fighters, since I started cross ange I might as well see it through, hell I even watched amagi so I have to finish that too.

Already dropped it. Way too many shows I like better this season to bother with this now. I might get whole thing after it ends and see how it goes though.

Uhm not to be rude or anything but i don't find their type of humor funny at the moment. Or i did not enjoy the manga too much either.
also the music one that znf weirdly not watching is the one i am hyped the most

Didn't scanlators basically give up their already slow release when it was announced the anime would do the entire manga?

Watching Parasyte, Terra Formars , Shingeki no Bahamut, and Nanatsu no Taizai.
Add Fate/stay night UBW, Mushishi and Psycho pass s2 and its more than a decent season.
This is definitely not the Worst season of all time. Missing anything else that seems good?

I had no idea Madoka was anything but a cute magical girl show. Feel sorry for people that go in knowing something will happen. I was emotionally destroyed for a few weeks afterwards though.
I think 13 eps was fine. The problem with lengthening it is that it's hard to not drag things out. They could have maybe added another ep or two to hammer down the depression of some of the characters but don't know how much that would add. The shortness of it also parallels how quickly it all went to shit for the girls. There's no time for either the audience or them to digest wtf is going on.

I remember I was about to drop it after episode 1 or 2 because I really did think it's just super boring moe fuck with Shaft being Shaft inbetween.
I even remember how I got on irc after episode 3 and was like "okay, i get why people say this is dark... but it's pretty obvious that Sayaka is going to use her wish on pretty-boy to heal him, Madoka is going to use her wish on Mami and everything's going to be fine" lol
Also I got linked the preview/trailer before watching it, so even in the weird/dark scenes that episode 1 and 2 had I really thought that's just Shaft being Shaft.

+ Show Spoiler + i watched first few eps in the past but i thought "it happened" on ep 5 so i was shocked when it happened in ep3 LOL. (i had to go to bed right after that aswell lol . ) after that i thought it'd just go angsty but it continued to get more interesting
is Nanoha any good? how does it compare to mahou shoujo madoka-chan?
i watched s1 of Shana but it was boring tbh
there's another one i watched 1st ep of. loli becomes new magical girl , has a talking pet mentor and device or 3 devices that she transforms with according to emotions? or something. it was modern/nice but i cant remember name. think she does battle near a themepark/rollercoaster

Nanoha IS the Magical girl show. I was actually thinking this morning that I should have recommended it earlier. There are 3 series and 2 movies out. The movies cover the first two seasons but I can't remember how well it covered them.
