ah, lol. now i feel a bit embarrassed that i didnt find the anime, now I remember that i already watched it some weeks ago <.< watched 4 episodes then kinda ... didnt watch it anymore...
Im having an Anime Crisis, i cant get myself to watch anime anymore, I watch first episodes of something and then I dont want to anymore... seems like theres no good anime left for me to watch ;<
Back when I watched Death Note for the first time I couldnt sleep I was so excited ... Now I have SnK but it begins to become ... slooooow.... grr. Every anime that people recommend to me are just tittie animes ... titties are cool, but let the story be at least watchable... damn...
I guess ill check out Monster / Neon Genesis Evangelion. Never watched those (except some Monster episodes way back when).

I don't recommend Kotoura-san either.
Anyway, I didn't know TL had an anime thread. Summer season looks kinda meh so I decided to give Swim Bros a chance to see if there was some substance behind the fujoshi pandering but that was a waste of time. Looking forward to Dangan Ronpa though. And maybe Rozen Maiden. Desu.

I'm actually looking forward to quite a few shows. Then again, a lot of them will probably disappoint, but that's how it is.
Tomorrow, for me:
Cute Girls doing Airsoft (yay) Dangan ronpa.. it's a VN adaption, so I don't know what to expect, they come out poorly more often than not, but it seems like an entertaining concept. Rozen Maiden - do we know if it's a remake or sequel? I haven't watched anything Rozen Maiden before. Love Lab - Yuyushiki/Yuru yuri of the season, I guess. I liked both of those so it might be good.
...and lastly, what I'm looking forward to the most: SYMPHOGEAH G!! The PV looks pretty good so hopefully there won't be copious amounts of QUALITY.
That we get an MJP episode that isn't a recap episode like last week is also a good thing. Hopefully we get more plot and less silliness from now on (the comedy is fun but I want it to go somewhere now, after the latest 2 weeks).

Noted, thanks. I think I saw the first episode of that, not sure anymore.

Sounds interesting, whats the Full of the anime?

Ro Kyu Bu and Love Lab are not exactly my cup of tea so I'll probably take a pass on both. I did watch Yuyushiki and kinda liked it though.
Odds are Dangan Ronpa will end up disappointing but before it airs one can only hope. I don't know anything about Lerche either. Actually, I had never even heard that name before. It's a new studio?
As far as I know Rozen Maiden is based on the second manga which is a reboot of the original one, not a sequel.

Okay.
Free was pretty good.

+1 for Free, show seems fun.
Also if you're having trouble sticking with shows, I don't recommend Shinsekai Yori lol. I almost dropped that like 3-4 times because the pacing/characters don't really stand out. It's worth it if you stick with it though, great story.

I may be wrong but I'm sure anybody dropping 'Free' is just being caught off guard by the almost overwhelmingly homoerotic nature of it. Apart from that it seems like the best series of the season I have seen so far. And for those worried about this review I would like to put out there that this show, while clear in its intention, approaches the subject with more taste than most.
Sit back, relax and enjoy!

One thing I really liked was the landscapes, I just like cool landscapes in general.

Show is seriously beautiful and if you're into great presentation then I doubt you'd ever lose interest. Comes down to what your interests are. Characters are often the driving force during lulls for me, but it's different for everyone.

Just finished Macross Frontier!!
Overall pretty good, minus some cheesy moments and some face palm moment -_-
Music was good (especially the Aimo one!). At first, thought it was ridiculous how powerful music was in their universe. But eventually, I got to enjoy it ^^
The ending is a little bit too happy. Makes you wonder why the author killed some people "randomly"
If I want to explore more of the Macross Universe, which one should I go for? Ideally, something that can meet the quality of Frontier

Im assuming you watched the series. You could try watching the movie. Its a 2-part film, essentially a remake of the series.
