Like, now I am seriously considering taking it upon myself to translate 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 >< EDIT - actually with that being the premise it isn't a spoiler anymore hahah. EDIT 2 - Alright, so theatrical version then 3 more short stories going from 3 characters' perspectives. He probably compared it with Clannad because they (all) share the same generic male protagonist. To me it feels more like a (recycled) haruhi in the afterlife. The dramatic and serious moments felt misplaced and silly while mixed with the normal humor that all such shows share. I'm not impressed at all. From what I've seen myself, Arakawa Under the Bridge is fine (although relatively standard SHAFT comedy) and Rainbow is really good. Madhouse doing something serious for once. Fuck yes. Apart from those two and probably Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei (it hasn't aired yet) there won't be anything worth following this season. | ||

But seriously...what the fuck? Does it get better by the end of the first season? It was entertaining for the wtf moments and the creepy horror/thriller stuff, but the constant repeats are really starting to wear me thin. I'm having a hard time keeping interest in this series 'cause it doesn't seem to go anywhere. It's like Endless Eight, but, dare I say it, WORSE. So...is it worth getting through? If not, I'm gonna be mad, as I have to keep seeding this piece of shit regardless, since I got it off of bakabt... | ||
