Toradora is like the one case where id urge you to bear through with the loli tsundere voiced by Rie combo. Its worth it imo.

Don't know much about the other show, but Code Breaker is generic shounen if you are interested.

Toradora has slightly less angst and a mildly more entertaining tsundere loli. Toradora wins.
