It only seems good because it's collected so much data over however long it's been around. The trick is to use someone very general and cliched that consequently sounds like many popular characters at once. Kumagawa is far too unique so it's quite easy to pinpoint him after 20 questions. Here's an example: let's take Kugimiya Rie who does a ton of cliched tsundere who are all the same. Now let's choose one that isn't as well known and incredibly general. Yuuhi Katagari. Oh hey look he couldn't get it and she's not even on the list of possibilities. Now let's use one that's a little more unique: Astarotte Ygvar. Oh hey he got it, what a surprise. Too predictable. + Show Spoiler [Another 9] + LOL that explanation was so bad. Not surprised though since we knew they would have to make some excuse to stay "true to the story" after throwing in that extra death. I'm really getting annoyed myself at what Ecael describes as "we're so clever lol hints." Not much to say about this ep...more deaths of random characters that may or may not be canon but pretty much did nothing to add to the story or mystery. Looking forward to Ecael's rant on this.

+ Show Spoiler + I don't know if anyone else mentioned it, but I thought I would discuss this since it's the obvious new theory we can guess. I actually thought about it 2 weeks ago, but now the additional evidence just make it more interesting. If the problem is that there is an extra student, the permanent solution would be to "remove" that extra student. In other words, kill it. This is even more supported by the fact that the dude who left the tape wants to atone for his "sin", potentially a murder. If my memory serves correctly, I believe 3 people also died at the shrine (and so it is possible the last one was a murder). Simple as that. I really don't think this guy could have thought of something more complicated than that at the time, especially since he probably had few information. However, we won't know for sure until we hear the rest of the tape. There are still elements of mystery that have not been addressed. Misaki is still just as mysterious as usual. We still don't have an explanation to the trollish hand bullshit. With few episodes left, we can be more or less sure that we will obtain precious information next week, just as we did this week (arguably). My guess for this week : Misaki is the dead person, and the calamity will be stopped once she get slaughtered (or possibly someone else get slaughtered). Oh also, one of the next deaths will be by fire. Source : episode 1 first 1.5 minutes (contains a ton of info of stuff we already know and so I'm just extrapolating). I hope Ecael had a good laugh!

Why would there be closure ? Its not the end of the story, what you want ? A big party celebrating the fact that he did in the larger context things pretty much nothing ? They probably felt like they should leave it open for continuing it just incase. Theres tons of shows like that. Maybe because its the first time youve seen it that it feels unfulfilling but its nothing particularly unique or annoying to most people. You could say the same things for almost any show that has alot of source material and the majority of shounen anime adaptations. Theres a plethora of characters in there that got decent time aswell. It wasnt all about him so that lends to explaining the length of the show in itself. Id rather they do this then some convoluted conclusion they always tend to come up with when they do attempt closing it out.

We dont want another Full metal alchemist brotherhood situation to happen again, it was a good thing brotherhood was really good. But the point is, is that it is not the end. Just read the manga and you will understand. In fact, it a perfect ending imo. It leave them room if they want to ever start a season 2 or not since it can end it here (which they probably are).

I've seen the old Streetfighter and that's about it. Anyone have any reccomendations on Netflix for me? Most people believe that the Brotherhood edition is better but personally I think that the "poor ending" of the original is worth dealing with rather than dealing with the "new style" of Brotherhood, which I think is just asdsjsjjskm-worthy. Plot there is a bit better (mainly at the latter half of the series) but the style is less fitting to the series as a whole. + Show Spoiler + Plus Brotherhood completely ruins Hughes, which fucking sucks bigtime. I agree, but Mustang totally makes up for it. Every time I saw him about to light someone on fire I was screaming "BURRRN MUTHAFUKA BURRRRRRNNNNN!!!!!!" So loud at 3 AM on a school day that my parents almost took my computer outside and shot it like that crazy dad in Texas over a silly facebook post by his daughter. I digress. Just watch both, you won't be disappointed. Mustang is indeed a bad ass. He has the most + Show Spoiler + Homoculus kills :D. Make the elric brother looks like little biatchs
