The stuff about the lock is probably bad translation. It didn't flow well or make much sense at all. He was probably saying something about only recently getting his handcuffs unlocked, and therefore not having enough time to build up stamina, so it was fortunate he was able to go as far as he did. Although, this is me talking out of my ass, so take this with a grain of salt.
My theory on the lead bullet thing, is that lead is softer than iron, so maybe the shots weren't meant to be lethal? Which could be taken as a taunt from Doflamingo, messing around with him that way. But thats my best idea here. But aside from that....
This chapter was amazing! I was already getting chills at Usopp's shot, and then when we saw the actual bullet, I lost it. God Usopp indeed.

Law won't be much help in the fight, though. He's visibly exhausted already and might have lead poisoning from the lead bullets...

Great chapter! Those Ussop chills. Loving the fact that Bellamy is on the ground with DD and Trebol, should provide some interesting turn in the fights. Like he will probably end up another subordinate of Luffy's growing loyal friends pack. Which seems required to truly hold ground in the new world.

Huh, I guess thats another way to look at it. But if Doflamingo was going to poison Law, lead poisoning seems like a round-about way to do it.

I'm with this explanation for the lead bullets. It explains why he's still alive after getting shot just incase anyone tried to bring it up. The lock i believe is a bad translation as well, its the amount of stamina he could build up after getting unlocked. His teleport has to change places with something, you see in the page where he teleports away that a barrel gets cut instead of them.

I think that the significance of the bullets being lead is that it has something to do with Corazon, maybe he was shot in the same manner

Yes although some of the monster toys were DD men so they might not thank the anti DD forces.

I guess it will come down to who they were before, but I somehow doubt they are Officer ranked fighters from DD's crew. So in all likelihood, they are either fodder, or people we haven't encountered yet.

I hope Kanjuro fights against Jora so we can see him more. He is one of the most hilarious character Oda have created.

Why would Doflamingo use seastone cuffs if they were seastone bullets? He would need a doctor to remove the bullets other than himself because he wouldn't be able to use his powers...

They're not on the island any more. My proof for this is why the fuck would Oda have them remain on the island with this clusterfuck going on when they were introduced as the world's strongest Cipher Pol under command of the Celestial Dragons? You want there to be more fights after Doflamingo's crew? They were only on the island in the first place to announce the false report. They'll come back in the next arc or later on in the story when Luffy beats another Celestial Dragon within an inch of their self entitled life.

Yeah that makes sense. There are also theories on Violet being one of them.
After thinking it a bit they do indeed seem like too strong atm to take part of this arc.
