FTFY. It comes out on Monday... Just because they stopped it from leaking 5 days early doesn't mean they've stopped it from leaking earlier than Monday.

Okay that's good to know atleast. I was under the assumption that if they were going to stop it from leaking early at anytime. Either way, just means I get to be happy another morning of the week instead of this morning I guess XD

yeah I mean the stores/resellers still have to get it early so that they can put them out first thing in the morning.
I'm guessing friday/saturday at the latest.

Friday is the latest IMHO. Things will probably just go back to how they were in 2006 where chapters came out Thursday nights instead of Tuesday nights... or Friday mornings instead of Wednesday mornings for Europeans.

But I thought the older chapters had the best translations. I mean look at how accurate character names were back then compared to today.

I was expecting your linked chapter to be to one of the initial chapters where Luffy was called "Rufi" in the translation instead.
I do agree that general fan translation quality for manga in general has improved dramatically since the early years. It's pretty evident when reading through older manga that got translated many years ago. Much thanks to all the people that devote their time and passion to the something that they aren't even paid to do.

Sometimes the name is romanized in multiple different ways in the books which complicates the issue. For example Caesar's name has been spelled both Caesar Clown and Caesar Crown in the books.
