As far a General Franky goes, I wonder if anyone else can pilot it. It might be designed to only work with him. But who knows/cares, since hes the shipwright. Might as well credit him with it. | ||

 I don't think Franky's very cool. SH cool to not cool in my opinion: Zoro > Luffy > Usopp > Nami (although she lost a lot of it after the time skip TT) > Sanji > Chopper > Brook > Franky > Robin. I've pretty much given up on that Hes a Super robot who fires laser beams, breaths fire, and has a rocket punch, who also builds even bigger robots that can do all that too, except even more powerful versions. Its like the dictionary definition of cool. | ||

Or to say it different: You use "This is cool" when you mean to say "I like this" And to be honest, I think the fights of Zoro and Sanji are too predictable most of the time. The good fights are with Usopp, Chopper and Luffy. Especially Usopp's fight are unpredictable(see Usopp vs. Sugar + Trebol). Luffy's fights are good because he is the main character and they are usually the climax of the arc. And Oda keeps his best stuff for the glorious final. | ||
