Other SH member will probably never get Haki. It's for the big 3.
The only possibility i can think of someone in SH crew getting haki is Rebecca joining since you know her observation haki(which luffy assumed and still not confirmed to have one yet) and that maybe the closest possibilty.
And rebecca may unlikely join SH crew.

And i first thought before that robin is just another Vivi character. It's not impossible for Oda to add rebecca in the crew. Wasn't it also franky who initially did not have a dream before he suddenly has one when he dropped his underwear.
but to be honest i will not expect her to join. She has a couple of things that makes her not geared for it. Just as you mentioned a couple. Example would be her not being that unique compared to other SH member.
And she doesn't have the dream thing and she is a girl. Means she is scared to hurt other people despite her being fearless in combat.

While its true that it wouldn't be impossible for Rebecca to join the crew, at this point I think its extremely unlikely, and even a comparison to Franky or Robin wouldn't really work. Thus far, by the time the backstory of all the crewmembers had been explained/revealed, their dream and reason for being in the crew was also revealed. Like for example, Zoro's backstory revealing his dream to be the worlds #1 swordsman, or Franky's dream to build a ship like Tom's ship. When their backstories were finally revealed, it became fairly obvious they would join the crew. But with Rebecca, her backstory has been more or less revealed. And thus far, no indication of a dream that would make her want to join. Which is a pretty powerful strike against her. Now, it could very well be that Oda just hasn't revealed such a reason yet. But until that happens, the likelihood of Rebecca joining is extremely low.
Plus having yet another swordsman in the crew, who is afraid to hurt other people, is extremely lame. She'd need to develop a spine before she can even begin thinking about joining.

Sadly as much as i want rebecca to be part of the crew. I agree. It feels like she doesn't have as much motivation to join the crew than the current members.
Let's just wait and see if Oda decides to put her on the crew or if the arc passes and her character will never be seen again.

I disagree. Robin just showed up on the boat, nothing showed that she was joining the crew because she had no back story at the time. Brook helped and halfway through the arc it gave some of his backstory. Rebecca wants to defeat DF, he can easily lose everything here and make it out alive and she'll stick with the crew to keep hunting him. Then luffy just said "Don't leave my friends side". Not only that but her fighting style fits in, perfectly. Its one piece, almost everyone lives so fighting to beat people to an inch of their death is whats needed. Its still highly possible.
If people are trying to analyze the story from an outside perspective then having people join very late in the manga isn't good. There needs to be 10 and to fight as 10 for a bit before it ends.

Robin has been the only shock join so far.
Franky was only a shock if you ignored everything after the bit with him and Usopp.
Rebecca has as much reason to join as Camie. That is to say, she has no reason. She may be good friends with the strawhats, but everything she wants and needs is where she is. Same with Camie or Shirohoshi. She's not even close to Vivi's level, and even Vivi was never going to join.
The most likely joiner out of this arc is Kinemon still. And even he's not signing over at the end of Dressrosa. Second most likely is Bellamy. (And Bellamy has as much chance as Mr 3)
|
I'm betting on Kinemon or Momonoske joining or maybe even Curos depending on how this plays out at the end. Either because they want to travel the world or because they feel indebted to the strawhats and to take down some evil yonkous. Since they expressed distaste towards Kaido especially.

Nope no one will join from this arc. Or maybe just a temporary one/s (samurai guy and his son to tag along). Caused' i feel like oda has some catch ups to do for us about what happened to everyone in the 2 years gap.

Rebecca doesn't really have an X factor trait to her character design that stands out. A crew member would generally need something that really stands out as being instantly recognizable as 'yeah, that could only be that character.' Jinbei has a style like that though it doesn't quite feel complete. Bartolomeo also (though he has his own crew 'n such) has that really crisp feel to his design, both in his power and personality. Even Kinemon does, though he seems unlikely due to his son. I thought we might've gotten one of the dwarf people from Green Bit as they're kinda unique, but there's been no candidate among them so far and a new crew member being smaller than Chopper would probably overlap with his role of being the cute, chibi member.
Rebecca's most defining trait, beyond her bloodline, is that she's a fighter decent enough to survive in the coliseum, but we haven't even seen any particularly strong/trademark moves. And she only fought there out of necessity due to Doflamingo. I also get the impression that she's probably next in line to rule if the king croaks rather than Violet, which is another reason to stay in the country.
At most, she'll meet Vivi at a world leader's conference and they'll become besties, lol.

(And Bellamy has as much chance as Mr 3) Mr 3 (Galdino)? Don't you mean mr 2 (bon clay)? I mean, although bellamy is somewhat debatable, mr 3 is nowhere near that. Mr 2 actually had a good relationship with SH.
I think brook joining was pretty shocking too. Not as much as robin of course, but i did not expect him to actually join until the banquet, despite being asked the moment they met. Franky's joining was pretty obvious during the arc.
edit: Usopp using conquerer's haki would be absolutely hilarious.

Bartolomeo has the biggest chance imo since no one in the SH's have a decent and strong defensive abillity !
A barrier man would be excellent in marine battles since their ship would probably never take a hit :D
On the other hand if he is indeed a captain we won't be able to have is all crew joining, so he either leaves them or remain a allied captain!
He would be way more interesting and helpfull then every candidate except Jimbei.. since a warlord level type of fighter with haki that swims underwater with AOE water damage is pretty OP!
Jimbei+Bartolomeo would propell the SH's to another level
They would have 6 strong fighters
Luffy Zoro Sanji Jimbei Bartolomeo Franky

Franky? Strong fighter? lol.
His only strong points are his robot and the ship, and neither of them require him to function as anyone else could just use them instead.

Franky is actually stronger than Sanji.
