Yeah that doesn't look like Haki, but it also looks like a seriously dangerous ability. Looks weird as well. Some people have really weird abilities without Devil fruits. Like Sanji's diable jambe or Luffy's Red Hawk. There was some thunder swordsman (ally of Whitebeard) at Marineford that could also apparently use lightning (though we all know he didn't eat the lightning fruit, God save us)(LOL). | ||

No it isn't. His DF is his bone body essentially, making him undead and the use of some soul based abilities like when he goes into a ghost form. The ice is just part of his sword attack, like Sanji and his fire kick. | ||
