i thought it was because of his ability so the food 'was poisoned' (the way he handles/breathes), while he actually enjoys eating them food rofl.

He comes with all kinds of negative status ailments (reminds me of Marlboro from FF games), huge AoE, crazy attack range and ridiculous defense mechanism (well he comes with a permanent 'disability' of being constantly constipated as a balance rofl). That's also why Oda made him stay away from the surface i guess lol.

A lazy and weak scientist who was overpowered by anyone in the SH crew (this is so true lol) is hands down stronger than the strongest warden in the history of Impel Down? Caesar is a typical lucky DF user who doesn't learn or utilize the power of his fruit at an advanced level while whole BB crew nearly get owned down there by magellen.
While discussing a paramecia against a logia is kinda pointless unless Oda actually make that happens, there is still no way caeser is stronger than Magellan.
Sorry, Whitebeard/Blackbeards Gura Gura no Mi is the strongest paramecia hands down. And i was comparing Ceasar and Magellans fruits, not the characters fighting power.
I always wondered whether Whitebeard was the strongest man in the world or it was just that his fruit was so destructive he was classified as such. Anyways, I'd put Maggelan ahead of most people in terms of power. His poison is strong enough to cause most people to lose balance by just aoe breathing. And when he goes serious, it's strong enough to melt rocks. And how he was beaten I have no idea, probably Shinryu found some weakness in him or surprised attacked him.

He was the strongest of his durability in combat (which was shown and it was bananas), he has pretty good combat skills, Haki and adding the mastery of the most destructive fruit made him the so called the strongest man in the world. It was not solely because of his DF.
Anything that would make the element 'solid' would be a counter. Fire or cold fruits i think would make caribou solid since both would make mud solid. Most other logia fruits we've seen are pretty vague when it comes to making them solid. Light, magma and smoke don't really have something like that.
Hypotheticly, some kind of mirror could perhaps be able to at least reflect kizarus light beams. But its hard to figure out how to turn Light photons into solid matter, and how "solid light" would behave. When it comes to magma i guess something thats potentially even colder than Kuzans Hie Hie no Mi could solidify and scatter it. Perhaps some kind of liquid nitrogen logia ?
Also, i wonder if Fire would turn crocodile into glass, supposed he was in his elementary state?

Actually I found it a bit funny (almost chuckled) after I read the latest Bleach Chapter when the logia discussion came up.
What if we suddenly get a line from Aokiji down the line and he tells Akainu: "My mistake in our last battle was I didn't go all out. I can go to the coldest temperature and "kill" you where you stand to stop this tyranny. 0 KELVIN (-273 degree Celsius) freezing beam!!!!!"
Haha! It was just a thought that crossed my mind.
But in terms of the story, I really believe that in a final confrontation type of deal, it is Aokiji vs Akainu again. It doesn't need to be Luffy vs Akainu because there will be someone bigger he would need to confront/deal with. The story is set up (to me) that way for a rematch as the battle itself wasn't even expanded on til now (so that we aren't already shown how "awesome" their fight is)
My two cents.
Also, yes. I also wondered the turning to glass as a possibility for Crocodile as a weakness. It seems to be not out of the question. Perhaps we may see it when we get a new Mera Mera user. Maybe.
Edit: So basically, if the mirror is a "weakness" for Kizaru, Jozu maybe since he is diamond? What could happen though if Jozu then acted as a prism to split the light to ROYGBIV, would we get split personas as unique characters/personalities of Kizaru? Haha! Would that even be an op-verse possibility in story telling? Personally, it might not be since it might be too "out there" but it suddenly crossed my mind. hehe!
Kuzan vs Sakazuki is a possibility. Im pretty sure Kuzan is with the Blackbeard pirates now, as burgess and teach talked about him over den den mushi's and Burgess expressed that he still "didnt trust him". In the last chapter it was also stated that the BB crew now has 10 commanders under blackbeard, but last time we saw them they were only 9 crewmembers with the Impel down lvl 6 recruits included.
Many people speculate that the final war will be a three way confrontation between the Strawhats and their allies, The Marines+WG troops and the Blackbeard Pirates, and in that case a Kuzan vs Aokiji rematch could be a possibility. But i think many fans would like to see Luffy get a satisfactory revenge against Akainu for the death of Ace himself.

The "10 captains" are public knowledge by now. But when Burgess speaks of Aokiji and whatever dealings he has had with the BB pirates, it sounds like a very recent thing. If Aokiji had joined recently, I think the arena commentator would have made a bigger deal about it. And since the 10 captains are public knowledge, wouldn't Smoker have commented on it? Or Doflamingo?
Furthermore, Aokiji is the one who suggested that an admiral should go to Dressrosa. If he were part of BB pirates, he would know that Burgess is going there too. Does he want his own mate to get beaten up and possibly arrested? Or does he think that Burgess is stronger than an admiral now?
These things just make it sound very unlikely that Aokiji has joined BB. More likely, he gave them some kind of information and Burgess doesn't know if they are being led into a trap.
Its not nessecarily public knowledge, but its not unlikely that Doflamingo might know. When he met Kuzan on Punk Hazard he said "i have heard some things about you, and they're not good. fuffuffuffuffu". He has tremendous influence in the new world as the biggest underground broker, and probably hears alot of rumours through his association with the highest WG intelligence agency CPAegis0. So the Donquixote Family probably knows alot more about whats going on in the NW than your average Pirate Crew. Dont forget that he used to have an underling who could actually read peoples minds (Violet). She could easily have picked up the information from burgess, or another BB associate who traded with "Joker" before her betrayal.
I say Kuzan is either with BB, Or is in fact a Revolutionary now. The latter might make more sense, but alot of people seem to believe in the former.
In a similar way to how everyone knows the Whitebeard commanders and the tops of shanks' crew I would imagine if Kuzan was a BB fleet captain it would be common knowledge especially given he was world wide known as an Admiral.
The Whitebeard and Redhair Pirate crews were extremley well established and had been prominent for years, Blackbeard and his crew are still making a name for themselves in the NW and making new recruits. You cant really make a comparison.
A lot of things in the new world happens outside of "common knowledge". Like Kaidou's secret SMILE-army for example.
And even if something is "Common knowledge" amongst the "Inn-crowd" in the New World, it doesnt mean that its common knowledge for the readers aswell. One Piece story progression works differently. For example, the first time we heard of the Schichibukai we didnt get a full list of all the seven warlords, their crews and their powers, even though the appointed members is far from a secret in the grandline.
Why would Kuzan join BB omg ? BB is the ultimate evil of the OP univers, and Kuzan is one of the most "good" people. He even left the marine because he though Akainu is too cruel. It doesn't make sense for Kuzan to join BBs crew...
I would say the BB pirates are pretty established given they are a Yonko crew, are responsible for killing Whitebeard and used to be a Shichibukia. Their main members are obviously common knowledge across all the seas not just the New World.

No, BB is not the Ultimate Evil. He wants to reach his dream, just like luffy, and he is not the kind of person who sadisticly preys on the weak or innocent. Doflamingo, Ceasar and Kidd, just to name a couple, are in fact way more cruel and despicable than Blackbeard. Blackbeard is luffys rival, but not the ultimate evil. Remember, the first time the SHs met him he was even supportive and friendly:
BB is no more evil than Law, if you look at it objectivley. Law also betrayed his former captain just like BB did, and while BB turned in Ace to earn his Shichibukai title, Law turned in the hearts of 100 pirates. yeah, thats one hundred compared to one.
Shark: My point is, just because blackbeard is a yonko doesnt mean that the entire world is aware of their every move. I highly doubt that they would announce their new recruits to the entire world. If everything he does is common knowledge, how come the 10th member still hasnt been revealed to the readers? it could be anyone for all we know.
we dont even know who the 7th shichibukai is. Oda keeps alot of things in the dark until he feels it is the appropriate timing to reveal them.
I still think BB is evil as hell. He killed a wounded man to steal his power when the said man was fighting for his crew. BB came out of nowhere and it wasn't his battle, he was just opportunistic. Kuzan is a good person, why would he joins this bastard ?
