It's not like other authors that came up with ideas on the fly and think " hey that would be great imma going add this now ", the guy has great ideas but takes his time (400 fucking chapter) to implement them little by little, which make the world of one piece so credible. | ||

Most, if not all the Anime Cover arcs that have been done, imply that it will be a while before they get back to Shabondy. Nami said she wanted to stay on that sky island, and study weather, and it would take a long time before it gets to Shabondy. Chopper is completely out of the Grand Line, and apparently has to wait for some bird to grow up, and get big enough to fly him there. Everyone else, its less obvious as to why it would take so long. Mostly its implied they are going to try and get a power up, or something. But those two in particular imply there might be a time skip. | ||
