the Dragon, Wano country and samurais are all references to Oda's one-shot work titled "Monsters" (that samurai zombie from Thriller Bark was the protagonist of this work), which is conisdered One Piece canon. It's an alright read, worth checking out

Ancient samurais! This explains why Robin and Zorro followed ashore. This new information really peaks my interest as the history of the world and zorro are two of my fav parts of one piece! After Luffy ofc :D

Luffy will now tame the dragon with his dragon shou- I mean emperor's haki. I think this arc is going to be a short one, or at least I hope it will. I want to see the cities of the new world, not just some abanndoned outpost.
