Kaido Shanks Big Mom Blackbeard in this order. Bb will be late end game boss. He stull has to progress and improve to be the top of the chain. Kaido is the strongest by facts alone( bet on kaido in one on one stated by narrator himself)) | ||

Kaido Shanks Bigmom Blackbeard if everyone doesnt remember when luffy told bigmom imgoing to come bak for you after i beat kaidl her reaction was " that thing no way you can beat it" which hints bigmom is afraid of kaido herself also we ketting glimpses of all the other worst generation example the only one to even get close to big mom was urouge who took down 1 sweet general nd got smashed by cracker and kid gotrecked by kaido , so if you measure all of them to blackbeard who i believe only became a yonko bc of stealing whitebeards fruit and hes now compare all of the others progress within the 2 years that passed luffy is clearly the most advanced in power and i doubt blackbeard could be much stronger than luffy atm so that would put him under big mom | ||

As you can see, only people with high rank/status/affiliation wear hats in one piece: Marines, rich people, captains etc. In addition, the only example of straw in the series is Luffy's hat making it a rarer commodity in the one piece world than gold which we see plenty of even back in the East Blue. It is my belief that Roger was the world's most avid hat collector and the straw hat is so important because it is just one piece of his amazing straw hat stockpile that he left on Raftel. | ||
