That said, this chapter feels like filler. Do you guys think that Big Mom was a former Queen/Princess of Elbaf? There definitely seems to be a personal connection there and, given her size, it would make sense. It would also explain why she started her own kingdom and wants to make her children into giants. | ||

You've got some pretty badass humans in the One Piece world. I'd be pretty scared of a Luffy that just happened to be 10 times as strong because he was a giant. Also worth noting is the whole "Warrior race" thing. A society that's naturally stronger than normal folks that focuses primarily on being good at fighting. | ||
