It completly kills Luffy while using it (for now at least, pretty sure he will stabilize), but even with it, he still will stand no chance against a yonko. I don't feel like its a SSJ upgrade at all (even though i was fine with the first SSJ). it's not just that "1 guy he has to beat right now who seems 100x stronger than anyone else in the universe, so let's just power up ... TADA!" upgrade - it's something he worked for 2 years and it is barely enough to be noticed by the REALLY powerful ppl that were part from the manga from chapter 1. Also, i always knew Urogue was a badass. I felt like his 108M berry were super underrating him once i saw him fight the pacifista. he seemed way more powerful. Him and Hawkins are my favorite Supernova outside of Law. Still don't like that Bege guy, just seems like a gimmicky dick with no potential to grow his powers. | ||

EDIT: To not be fully pedantic, Theres a chance that Cracker didn't actually have his full haki up because he was underestimating Luffy. I only say this because Doflamingo faired far better and Luffy did remark on the toughness of Cracker's haki. If Cracker isn't actually straight knocked out/defeated from that blow then I redact the above statement. | ||

Haki is something you have up in repsonse to attacks or when you attack, Doflamingo mentioned when he saw gear 4 that it would be difficult for Luffy to maintain such haki long period, plus if you look the broken pieces of crackers shield are not black and it doesnt look like he has haki on his chest either | ||

And he was pretty clearly responding to Luffy's attack, his shield was up after all. Also, hes never shown going-black with Haki, if we go by the logic that only going-black indicates Haki then why would Luffy make the Haki statement? Biscuits never shown going-black. Even when hes taking the Hawk Gattling hes not going-black. Also you have to admit that Cracker is a swordsman.  | ||

What really matters is: Cracker is such a bad ass that he uses a biscuit for a shield. He's probably the strongest giant we've seen in the manga. | ||
