I dont think thats the toughest haki (in defence mode) he ever met, is just the first time we see someone actually take so many hits from luffy and can still stand still (in his gear3 anyway). Cracker has a shield as well so is not like he is taking them by his body, and gear4 sort of broke the shield/armor and deal actual damage to cracker.

I think speaking of pure strength/power of brute force, luffy is defo so high up there among the supernovas

Oda really surprised me with the supernovas. The ones I found the least interesting in Sabaody like Bege and Urouge are now extremely interesting.

lol pre and outdated old world moves won't do anything to a yonko commander who is most likely on par if not greater than doffy. Luffy is starting to get rid of g2/g3 it seems. It's like getting rid of outdated arsenals.

I think Luffy Awakening his Devil Fruit will be his next power up, probably when he fights a Youkou. Gear 4th should be enough to take care of her Underlings, otherwise it would be a power up that barely accomplished anything.
