So Aizen created/freed Bach in order to kill the soul king while having the alibi of being imprisoned for attempted murder on the soul king. He knew that he's gonna get the "get out of imprisonment for free"-card anyways so he lost on purpose to Ichigo, that's why he made him train in the first place, so it looks convincing.
