dude. the manga is fuckton times better than the anime. so much mind-blowing shit going on. the only downside to it is that it's monthly instead of weekly.

i always was a fan of bleach and although the current chapters should be WTF OMG LOL GREAT i always keep thinking that they were dull and disappointing... 
after the pendulum chapters (which were great btw) it went downhill really fast maybe because its the same over and over again Now i can 100% agree with the DBZ reference made in that one pic
btw i'm also watching Cowboy Bebop, FMA (yeah that anime with two faggy blonde boys) and Soul Eater (recommended in another anime thread) and all of them are sooooo much better then current bleach... made me realize that bleach has become worse and worse ...

I never got into Bleach. If I recall, it was just starting/wasn't too far into it, when I stopped watching Naruto (got tired of all the fillers, want to say it was around episode 150ish, but I remember it being January 2007, because it was when WoW really grabbed hold of me again, and didn't let go for some time. Then I couldn't be bothered anymore, because there's no way I was going through that much filler, and then the new series started.), but I've heard mixed things about it. Tbh, I doubt I'd ever get into it because with that many episodes, it would either draw me in, and I'd watch every single one in rapid succession, until I caught up, then it'd be killer waiting week by week for new episodes, or I'd drag through it, only watching it for a few interesting points. Either way, it'd be close to the same outcome, and I'd just waste a lot of time. >_>
There's definitely some truth to the post directly above mine. I just started watching Death Note again the other day. The first 26 episodes are absolutely amazing, but for all that have seen it, I'm sure you can agree that the quality goes down significantly from there. I stopped at 26, and am half considering watching the other 13 episodes. It has some high points (I remember the original Death Note thread when the last episode aired), but overall, it's disappointing.

I'm following the show, not the manga so yeah. I've always loved that Zaraki Kenpachi guy, that madman who just fucking loves to fight. Fuck yeah thats my man. I was hoping to see the little pink haired vice captain finally fight but not yet, aw.
Also true about hollow ichigo. Theres a hell of a difference between normal ichigo and hollow ichigo.
The hollow version is normal + steroid x 100 times.

You're not missing out. Trust me. With Bleach you don't wait week by week. I've given up all hope on it for now. Maybe in a few months it'll be better. But I highly doubt it. Luckily the manga only takes like a couple minutes to read.
