I watched all the english dub episodes from ep 1-220 and really like Naruto. But when I watched 221 and it had so many new twist and revealed many spoilers to me and now I am completely lost. Will it explain all of the down the road in the later episodes or is there something I missed? I also tried reading the actual manga but I feel as if it is a complete story line. I know he is suppose to gone for 2 years but I still feel extremely lost. Any help here or point me to the chapter that shows where I missed. Any help is grateful! | ||

The subbed episode for 221 is just about naruto learning he is the child of prophecy, how the kyubi chakra works, and him unsealing half the kyubi so he can gain access to that power. Yes everything will continually be explained the farther you get with the episodes. edit: Oh you are talking about Naruto before Shippuden, disregard my comment then. | ||

Personally I watched only Shippuden cause it's much more exciting and action packed (from what I heard) And yeah, time skip is a time skip. There will be some explanation about what happened to Naruto/Sasuke in that time but it's just the general training stuff. | ||

ignoring that Akastuski is lvl 25 not many people have been killed and revived, Gaara and Orochimaru both got brought back, but both died in super lame ways (and technically its Orochimarus 2nd time coming back to life since Sasuke killed him then Itachi killed him plus hes been cut in half and had to abandon his body numerous times when he fought 4 tailed naruto) | ||
