A) He destroyed a plan Madara must have been putting together for years within a few minutes.
B) He took out his entire left arm without a scratch on himself. After what? Seeing his technique twice? No one else in the manga has been able to hurt him until recently (using an entire team of super powerful ninja) and none have done as much damage as Minato did with one attack.
C) Wouldn't he have been about 24 at that point?

NO, Obito you mean, was only 14 when he fought Minato. Since Evil confirmed that Tobi is Obito, and the attack took place 1 year after Obito's "death", he was 14. Kakashi was also 14 at the time of the attack.

Nope, Kishi is just gonna explain how Obito got that strong in 1 year, maybe like time is slower in pocket dimension or some crap like that, but from what's been said, that was actually Obito fighting Minato at the time, which is kind of crazy for a 14 year old. It could be since he has zetsu stuff in him or it could be anything. We haven't heard his backstory yet, and neither has Evil. So we will eventually see how he accomplished what he did.

From the databook, Kakashi was 13 in his gaiden when Obito "died" in september, and the attack on Konoha took place the following year on October I believe. So that makes Obito 14. Don't forget we haven't heard his backstory yet, so his body was probably modified or something, and he could of been trained by the dying Madara. Anything is possible. But yes, 14 year old Obito fought Minato.

That wasn't the entire code, but was the jist of it. Basically, the first letter or those pages, spelled "Tobi is Obito with half old face". Evil then commented that by old he meant possibly scarred or aged.
