I had the same reaction to the chapter. I knew from seeing the title that the chapter will end in a cliffhanger like this. The thought also crossed my mind that it would be hilarious if the rasengan damaged Tobi's face so much that nobody would recognize him.

also Tobis face is perfectly fine remember his mask is super hard so it took all the damage for him

IMO Naruto shoulda just socked him one in the gut andtook the mask off afterwards but w/e

Well, the author keeps making this manga a bullshit one. I mean, few chapters ago, Naruto was completely exhausted, no chakra, etc, and few minutes later, he's a tip top shape, able to use a shitlot of rasengans and even bijuu bombs, which some Hokage suit made with chakra. This is complete non-sense, it's the same kind of process than the old "is getting trashed, get angry which make him wins the fight". Or else, his techniques are not powerful enough to win, and in a blink of an eye, regardless of Kyubi's chakra, he uses a technique than you don't know how he learned it, and which is still more powerful than Kakashi, Gai, or every other powerful ninja's one.

I don't know why I'm still reading this, the absence of logic (well, even the basics one are lacking) in this manga is too damn high
