(Vote): Obito Uchiha (boy in Kakashi gaiden, Tobi has his right eye) there are holes in it being Obito mainly age, him getting so strong so fast and since Tobi admitted to being near where Obito died its not like its impossible he collected his eye especially if he had Zetsu by that point and since its pretty likely he made Zetsu shortly after Madara faught Hashirama then he would have had Zetsu to recover the body | ||

But it is Kishi, and he can just ingore the plot and timeline for the hell of it. He already has so many retcons, like Shukaku being the spirit of a sand priest or some crap lol, or the biggest one of them all, Orochimaru attempting the Edo Minato, when it is now stated, that the Edo is prepped before hand and can't be done the way Oro tried lol. | ||

Also Zabuza stated that the bloody mist was going on when he was in the Hidden Mist Academy at about 9 years old, same age as Obtio. That is when Tobi started manipulating the mizukage at the time, the jinchuuriki. | ||

Because Kishi is an idiot writer who has lost his touch, thats why. It still isn't as bad as Orochimaru attempting to Edo summon the 4th when now Kishi has it being that the Edo Tensei is prepped 1st. Big blunder there. Also, Tobi didn't specify if he took Obito's eye, or if it is actually his to begin with. He simply said he obtained it at the Kanabi Bridge where Kakashi got his, which is the battle where Obito unlocked his. So he could of taken it, or he could actually be Obito. | ||

If this was a case for Orochimaru, he would have seen Minato not functioning when he prepared the Edo Tensei and not have used him in his fight against Sandaime. 1. those coffins were never explained they seem to be some other dimension almost to store the corpse and can be used to summon them and make them disapear at will (hence what happened to Deidara at the turtle) so we cant really say that Orochimaru did or did not awaken the hokages before fighting, evidence points to no since they didnt have there contract seals and based on the conversation hadnt been slepping for a couple days bored out of there skulls they acted like they were only jsut brought back 2. there are pretty much no mangas in existance that have there storys planned entirely from chapter one and even for the ones that do exist its possible taht the plan gets changed based on how well the story is actually selling | ||
