Kakashi had a heart to heart with he dad when he died during the pain arc. They were both dead. Pain revived Kakashi with the rest of konoha after the battle. | ||

If that was the case then every shinobi could travel in time, since every summoning jutsu is a S/T jutsu variant. | ||

Not only would it be a bad idea because of the power that time travel inherently has but every show I have ever seen that uses time travel as a story telling device (I'm looking at you Heroes) has failed miserably. | ||

Also: In what kind of way could Obito have gotten that powerful in such a short time? At most, there is a 2-3 year difference between when Obito dies and when the Nine-tails attacks. It makes absolutely 0 sense that Obito would be able to obtain such powers in such a short amount of time. Even if it was a 5 year difference and he is 18. Like I said: Unless he retconned the living hell out of it, Obito makes 0 sense. There's a theory that time is slower in his dimmension so he may of spent a long time in there. on the basis that they do have the same eyes belong to obito, kakashi was only able to use kamui once unlocking mangekyou and furthermore he's only capable of using kamui to destroy or to make objects disappear but not reappear. while as far as we've seen, tobi hasn't unlocked mangekyou in that eye, but is able to use it and to a greater degree of manipulation. | ||
