I think "normal" chakra regenerates, but in this case its the entirety of karumas yin (or is it yang?) chakra. idk if that means that its like all that type of chakra is gone and can't regenerate or if it will grow back over time.

I can understand people being "burned out" at this point of the Manga, but there isn't a reason to come in here and post negativity. What did you honestly expect at this point of the Manga? This is the climax that has been leading up tp the whole time, I agree on some points (Sasuke character being poorly developed) but your expectations shouldn't be through the roof.
It was obvious in the end Naruto would have tamed the 9tails.
As for how the 9Tails is defending the multiple Bijuu spheres, your guess is as good as mine(in the end). This is how I logically perceived the situation: A) The Bijuu's combined chakra can only be as powerful as Tobi's (to a certain extent) B) The effectiveness of his control of the Bijuu's has purposely been elaborated on. Although he may be controlling them by force, they are all in essence fighting against him and his control, therefore I infer they are not fighting at maximum capacity in their current states. C) Has been stated multiple times the 9Tails Fox is THE STRONGEST, to what degree? We don't know. That being said, just as he is powerful he is uncontrollable and eratic. Essentially he is a nuclear device written into the Manga. Put that into perspective when considering the actions of the 8Tails: Why is he not helping them at all? A) He is in sheer shock Naruto is able to control 9 Tails(Kurama) or B) 8Tails knows the strength and capability of the 9Tails better than any of us, and he knows he doesn't need to help. (Correct me if I'm wrong on the next sentence) Prior to Naruto confirming his control of 9Tails, the 8Tails attitude was scared and fearful, "Your opponent is 5 bijuus!" , Now it seems he isn't worried, a total shift in attitude.
Either way, I am excite! I want Tobi to somehow escape and they can continue this battle later with focus on more flashbacks and character development with Naruto+Kurama working together.

Since he's being carried inside the bijuu, he can probably meditate for sage energy and transfer it to kurama who is doing the fighting. The sage arts isn't being used enough considering how different it is from the rest of the energy sources.

Next thing we know, Kurama is female and was originally human so Naruto decides to help her get her human form back and then she'll be like "I-I'm not going to thank you, you know! You just went and helped me on your own," and how this makes sense is beyond me but who knows at this point.

I got some flashbacks to Bleach's Aizen arc as well, but at least Naruto has a reason for being so much stronger than most of the rest of the planet due to having a tailed beast inside. It's even been mentioned throughout the manga the effects it has compared to most people (healing quickly, etc.). In Bleach, the author still hasn't (to my knowledge, don't keep up with it much) retconned in the reason Ichigo beats everyone that every other powerful character in the manga has trouble with.
On the plus side, Naruto didn't go full-on DBZ. He reflected the energy balls... and he and his opponents proceeded to NOT throw more energy balls at each other. They broke it up with a little bit of physical combat in the middle. Should be fine as long as it's not twelve episodes of him struggling to overpower their combined kameh-- bijuu bomb with his own while the fourth tells him to persevere from beyond the grave.
As long as the series actually ends when the obvious opponents are defeated the massive power up will be fine. So judging it right now is potentially premature. It's just that manga history has told us a different story. Repeatedly.

IIRC the origin of kakashi's mangekyou has yet to been revealed. Not sure if they'll even touch on it though.

Sasuke held his own against 4 kages. With Itachi's eyes, its pretty safe to assume he is as strong as Madara.
And now that we know the rinnegan is the sharingan final form(ubercheesy btw), It's a matter of time till sasuke get his, probably he will awaken it against Naruto.

If you applied a little bit of logic here, you'd understand that this is a goddamn manga. power levels are supposed to scale up as the story unfolds.
