Maybe, but it'd still take a shitload of chakra to heal him from what he went through - he was basically knocked out like a few chapters ago, and within the same day (seemingly same few hour period even) he is ready to face Danzou. So, he could have made the short time Sasuke was in the dimension actually be like a few days, which would explain why Sasuke was like "let us out of here." Things like the HTC became a possibility after Naruto's 1000 clone training and the ability for Sharingan users (and apparently crafty assholes like Orochimaru) to send shit to a different dimension (or travel in and out of it, like Madara). I don't think it will affect the series in the same way the HTC did in DBZ, because in DBZ it was almost always about training to get a higher power level - for Naruto character, each character's accumulation of strength has been defined by the acquisition of new jutsu. Brute force methods of training, like training in an alternate dimension for a longer period of time than the real time equivalent, are only useful if you have a clear goal ahead of you (GET MORE POWER, MAKE BIGGER ENERGY BEAM, TRAIN WIND ELEMENT TO CUT A LEAF IN HALF), and when you are developing a jutsu at this point it's more likely to be a new technique and therefore is ambiguous as a goal. | ||

Especially since whenever he's about to lose he can peace out via Madara's powers. | ||
