Is the show like kpop where music is second, and hotness is first? (I personally love kpop music equal to their hotness) nah, not really. It's more of a drama/comedy with some attractive people on the side.

But drama/comedy, that sounds nice, maybe its my kind of humor, and with huge egos this can be a laugh.

Season 2 is pretty good. Season 3 is nothing like the 1st season. Season 4 starts off great again.

There is comic relief but overall it's mainly dramatic.

For this reason i got less and less excited with every passing minute: 1: Mike vs Harvey --> Yeah, awesome. 2: Rachel, as Harveys assistant, will have some issues working against Mike --> ok, that makes sense. Just please don't overplay it (or make it "real", like one of them truely cheating). 3. Rachel banged Harveys client --> WHY is this even necessary... sigh. Same with the Louis/new Senior Partner stories... First issues with Scottie <-> Harvey, then Issues with Jessica <-> New Guy.... Seriously... WHY. Its just very lazy writing...

I mean, it was farfetched that Harvey got his name up there as fast as he did. He became senior partner in season 1, right? and in season 3 (how many years is that in their storyline?) he's already namepartner... I can't remember how many senior partners the firm has (shown in season 2 during the voting where Louis choose badly), but shouldn't they be pissed as hell? Shouldn't one of them deserve it more in the first place?

It's mostly just Rachel who is an absolute thorn in my side. She's absolutely inconsequental for the show, she adds nothing but random drama which is sorted out ten minutes later. She's whiny and one dimensional please just remove her from the show. The whole "it's all about relationships" rant is kinda weird since that is what the show has always been about. The competition between Litt and the new guy fits perfectly in the show. It whole show is about who has the biggest d**k. And I love the way they are pitting Mike and Harvey against each other, this is exactly what the show needed, a fresh new approach to the same formula. And the whole name partner thing is weird, I can agree on that.

But Jessica on top of that having an affair with the new guy (and before that Harvey/Scotti) is just unecessary. Same with Rachel/Harvey vs Mike... Harvey vs Mike whiteout Rachel being directly involved would imho be better. Suits in S1 was kinda "too awesome for their own good dudes, which you probably would hate in real life, are being awesome", now it often feels more like some relationship soap opera with some law talk inbetween.

Remember early in season 2 when Jessica was running down all the departments to make sure they are happy and you can assume that each of them has at least 1 senior partner but they don't do what Harvey does. As put in the first episode Harvey's job is the closer who is brought in to fix troubled situations.

Second, they've swapped namepartners so very often lately, he should know that adding yet another, new name to the firm would be a bad signal. I mean, it was farfetched that Harvey got his name up there as fast as he did. I can't remember how many senior partners the firm has (shown in season 2 during the voting where Louis choose badly), but shouldn't they be pissed as hell? Shouldn't one of them deserve it more in the first place? Yeah, they used to make vague references to the amount of business they brought in and I think it is implied that Harvey brings in the most prestigious clients, then fobs them on to the other partners (i.e. he's an excellent deal-maker and closer). But they stopped after a reference that Louis brings in more money than Harvey, although there is a contrast that Louis is well-known for alienating clients and partners even though he's an excellent attack dog and gets the job done. TBH, I think Louis is the best character in the show because he shows the interesting political move of fighting someone with all his might, then instantly they need him to represent them, so he's changing sides a lot. He has been both Harvey's worst enemy and his best friend. Harvey and Jessica are a little different in that they seem to take principled stands and it's a big deal when they change their minds.
