I'm quite shallow when it comes to my requirements when picking dramas and almost missed this one due to not really being into the round face giant eyes look the mc has (seriously must have had surgery, they look like they're about to pop out of her head), but there was plenty of other eye candy to be had so I didn't even mind. That little SNL comedian girl, Kim Seul-Gi, is pretty damn cute, too.

Not to say it was a great show, just that I thought it's conciseness was a plus.

I checked ratings for It's OK That's Love and i cant believe they were so low. Sometimes i dont understand korean viewers. I think i have a very unique taste when it comes to dramas or at least very different from korean viewers.

First there were melos, then romantic comedies like Sam-soon and Secret Garden and now they fancy long-ass weekend dramas a 'la Legendary Witch.

According to a few articles it's because of the first episode where they were talking about "mature" stuff so people didn't watch it on T.V. with their families. The fact that Jo In Sung didn't win every award for his role is an absolute joke, but then again, Heirs won a ton of awards and it sure wasn't due to the quality of the drama.

The good dramas of this year that I've watched are: Plus Nine Boys was pretty good! The story of 4 different generation was interesting. Misaeng, nothing else to add that others haven't say. Just simply really good. Heart to heart, for some reason, the story is very touching, the lead actress really did well with the character. Kill Me Heal ME, has to be one of my favorite because JS/HJE have a special place in my drama heart. Ji Sung was AMAZING in this. It's a rom-com so not everyone will enjoy it. (love the OST on that one) Healer was decent, I honestly started to watch it only for JCW (Empress Ki fan), it was better than City Hunter which I skipped quite a lot of the story. Heard it through the grapevine is ok, the parents are funny. I tried Blood, I really didn't like it. I guess they should have chosen more experienced actors as main leads, with better facial expression. It's really hard to watch a drama with people having only 1 facial expression. Valid Love was just weird, adultery dramas are alawys iffy. I still have to watch Pinocchio, Punch and Spy..

The story is a bit far fetched and there are some major plot holes, however it keeps delivering every ep with some new drama, which is what we are here for, right? One thing I will say about it is Lee Yeon-Hee, while lovely, has a quite distracting "acting face". It's like a permanently shocked bitch face. Bizarre.

Subs by Viki for ep 1 already out Also new Shin Se Kyung drama "A Girl who sees smells" aka "Sensory Couple". Subbed by Dramafever Lets see if SSK gained some acting skillz or she still has one facial expression.

Watched the first episode and liked it. Some things were oddly paced. Lee Il Hwa (reply 1997 and 1994) as well as Song Jong Ho (The teacher/bro from reply 1997) are also in it. I swear, the shows I pick just happen to have them every time.
