This was just awful. Complete domination with no effort spent, even dealing with a combination attack. I think this is going to be really hard to work around in the next fights coming up.

Shonen is shonen.. S and R need to lose in order for them to join the FT guild. They will come to see that they have much to learn and will eventually get stronger once they have the power of friendship like the rest of FT.

That might actually be a more interesting fight... until Happy beats him completely, making Lector use Cat Force. Then, when it looks hopeless for Happy, he gets up and goes "serious, yo" and beats Lector with no effort.

It's actually ironic. Natsu apparently uses the power of friendship and comaderie to defeat Sting and Rogue...right after backstabbing Gajeel and pushing him into a cart :p

Yes it is easy to get caught up in dragon slayer vs dragon slayer, but by getting caught up you forget that the main arc villains are the people who wants to kidnap and do the ritual thing, and the DARKEST MAGE OF ALL TIME ZEREF. How is that a good excuse? Imagine if you have two evil guys who are pretty strong (both around the same level). One of them is the big bad guy who's causing a bunch of evil shit to go down. The other is also evil, but he's fought much earlier in the story. The main character beats up the not main villain with ease, but then has a lot of trouble beating up the main villain near the end, even though all of them are still the same power level. This doesn't exactly fit together, since we don't know how strong the main villain of this arc will be, but the point is still there. You can't make your character that much stronger just because there are going to be stronger people down the line. Especially when power levels were established not too long ago in the same arc. Natsu busted into Sabertooth's place, and was really, really angry. Angry Natsu is usually the strongest form of Natsu (unless he gets a power-up). His strength when using the lightning power (WHICH HE DIDN'T EVEN F*CKING USE THIS CHAPTER) gave him the ranking of being in the top 5 of the guild strength. All of a sudden, with no power-up, and no lightning powers, he just completely passed that ranking without any effort.

ive been saying it for a while, sabertooth isnt strong there just a frog in the well there all completely piss weak This doesn't exactly fit together, since we don't know how strong the main villain of this arc will be, but the point is still there. S and R need to lose in order for them to join the FT guild. They will come to see that they have much to learn and will eventually get stronger once they have the power of friendship like the rest of FT. they were already using power of friendship they were doing this for there cats
