thats not a plot hole .. players get selected "randomly" it doesnt matter if you have already been called out before.
btw so many wizards have already batteled twice. For exemple: Orga, Jura, Bacchus and Kurohebi. Come out of your cage slowpoke ..

From what a previous guy in this thread said, each person does one battle round and one challenge round.

A bit off topic from this current chapter, but does anybody else think that Orga from Sabertooth is the lightning god slayer? His lightning is black, and it cuts to a panel of him in shock when it was revealed that Chelia was the sky god slayer, on this page: http://mangastream.com/read/fairy_tail/43592359/11

It definitely sounds like it could be, and he wouldn't be the only one on Sabertooth to have lost magic.
Also, I find that this chapter was freaking awesome. Wendy was at a significant disadvantage in terms of power, but using some intelligence, she really did a good job. This was probably the best way to end it, since having her lose after seeing such a huge improvement and huge effort, a loss to an opponent who was still perfectly able to shrug off the attacks and fight would have been a little disappointing.

It's a good shonen manga, nice design and fun battles. Tipical dumb, eat alot, powerfull, protect friends/nakama hero with hot chick friend in a world of magic guilds

Oh Juvia, you so silly. It's official. That not emo dragon slayer on Sabertooth needs to die a very brutal death. Every facial expression and reaction he makes is either stupid or retarded.
