I want you to look at these panels very carefully: Do you see any hands reaching out from the sea? Any traces of shadows in the water? No. It's arguable that the little stones you see are what the girl in the previous pages transformed all the Fairy Tail wizards into just before the blast hit, but that's just a stretch too far even for this author. I can't believe you even think that it's not possible for a manga to restart again by finishing the previous characters - have you not read DragonBall GT where Vegeta and Krillin aren't even in it, despite being two of the most significant main characters in DragonBall Z? If you're really so sure that they're still alive then why don't you put your money where your mouth is and have a bet? Thought so. | ||

I dont see anything that your supposed picture showing and no there is no chance for a manga to restart and killing off EVERY main character in existence and still continue with the same name like nothing happened. I dont know where you've read Dragonball GT but there is no such manga as far i know. That just a sequel/spinoff anime that wasnt in any way connected to the original manga. I will bet my life that everyone with the exeption of Makarov are alive. | ||

who the hell is she? also, they have to bring at least natsu back. the "big storyline" of this series is the whole dragon thing, about how they disappeared and stuff. theyre going to bring everyone back most likely | ||

Yes you are right she is narrating in past tense but that was ment of the battle against the dark guild and Hades and not the dragon. Actually I think Lucy is narrating the whole manga so far. I wouldnt be surprized that she is grown up and just telling the whole Fairy tail story to her kids in the end of the manga :p | ||

Anyone seen the SSJ4 Vegeta, and considering the fact that he plays such a huge role in GT? And no, this is NOTHING like GT, GT never finished any major previous characters sigh. People dont just do that, if you clear off all your previous characters that has been loved by the fans then its called a new Manga overall. Learn before you say something, it makes you look like a complete fool. And look, do you even read Fairy tail? They had such a huge time killing Makarov, you think they'll just kill everyone just like that? EDIT: TOO harsh! | ||

Thought so. this is a manga where anything is possible due to magic, a fairy appeared moments before the dragon attacked and there was no remnants of FT so either they all died like you believe or they're all alive somewhere like i believe just because people have differing views to you doesn't mean they're wrong | ||

However, if it that happens, I will blow up (not from sadness but from anger). I really hate such endings in books, movies etc. Just ruins it. Also, I think its more probable that the woman is a fairy with a tail instead of Mavis and that Mavis met the fairies long ago and named her/his guild Fairy Tail. | ||

WOW WTF THIS CHAPTER Definitely some keen insights the last few pages regarding both the identity of the Neo-Natsu boy from the first arc and the maybe Mavis maybe a faerie chick, and Lucy's 'past tense' narration foreshadowing this event. | ||

is he seriously Romeo, or whatever that kid's name is whose dad got saved by Natsu/Lucy near the start of the manga? for some reason that's somewhat disappointing... he has no backstory like the dragon slayers. But I have to say, he looks IDENTICAL to that kid from a while ago... so I guess it is him =( | ||
