Gluten of course is another story, but why spread misinformation? | ||

instead of bread i eat vegetables (peppers fried in butter) or salad (tomatoes). to get enough carbs i have jacket potato done in the microwave. obviously this goes great with both vegetables and with salads. so my meals are like diced chicken + fried veg in butter, tinned salmon with tomato and jacket potato. actually i don't care about gluten, but this is what i ended up with. i could munch on peanut butter toast all day but at the expense of my other meals. main focus of paleo is you avoid processed food (+ food that didn't exist during our x00,000 years of evolution if you're hardcore). | ||
