Newbee will get pick advantage in games 1, 3, 5, so in those games if they want radi/dire, 1st or 2nd pick, they can choose that. and ofc they've had the chance to rest, etc. | ||

PPD says it's pretty big because you are able to plan how 3 games will go 100% of the time, which should be enough to give you a win. i imagine it's like keeping your serve in tennis, it's far easier to keep your serve than to break your opponents serve. | ||
