i think what they mean is like
TI5 there was a very clear meta, with a clear top 3-5 heroes in each role
TI6 there's a few top heroes (mirana et sd void) but the amount of heroes that are viable and picked on a semi-regular basis is way higher

The only worry i have about that idea is who will be Captain. Also someone will leave for sure, i will be surprised if they stay together.

honestly i feel like the issue with puppey these past 2 years and this tournament especially has been that he's too set on uniting the team under his personal vision instead of adapting their picks/play style to a unifying vision that all 5 of them can get behind
