Sansheng went through groupstage as arguably the best or 2nd best player on Newbee. Put him on a hero he's simply not good at and force the rest of the team to adapt to him not making plays like he did on his good supports, and this is what happens. I was confused when you first started ranting about Chinese WW because I feel like Ehome at least plays the hero quite well, but yeah, that was... I even predicted MVP to eventually roll over and die vs the WW this game and I still think they should have. Not exactly what happened though. WW aside though, Newbee also had the most random (read: none at all) focus in teamfights. And June spent most of the fights randomly walking around, putting down cogs then dying.

Korean teams can't financially keep most of their top players because of the huge gap in pay between China and Korea. I know. I follow both scenes, though I am a Dota fan first. The Chinese won't ever be able to do what Koreans do in video games, because there is a fundamental difference in attitude. Of that, I was always sure. It's why, even in years when the Chinese win, I said that they won't take over. They simply lack the culture for it.
