EPTthe only useful skill is his disruption, everything else is just bad compared to other (support) heros. Why would anyone pick this hero over any other support or hero in the game?

After your ass will get burn, come again here. Also he's pretty good situational support. Not for every comp, but still. Having this ridiculous slow which is going through bkb, amp damage, free scouting and one of the best save/initiate spells in game isn't definition of most useless hero in the game. | ||

He is still usefull. But he can not catch new meta. I have a question. Probably lots of people asked it but search didn't give me an answer. (No. I'm not lazy. I just couldn't find). Most likely yango knows the answer. If there is a TC and another armor debuff hero on your team what happens? Especially heroes like Venge and Alchemist. How does armor debuff and aura works? | ||

Mostly true but he one of the best defensive support that can be used offensive to set up other ability. I think what make him good is that he is a good support for countering some hero because his disruption is so good against some hero such as PL, legion commander and bat rider. His shadow poison is pretty decent for stopping push because it such a good damage spell for such low mana cost. Against some situation where you get pushed up into your rax in 20-30min, shadow poison can be pretty annoying to push into because of it spammability and range/AOE. He used to get picked alot during the bat rider era but once bat rider stop getting pick as much we dont see him as much anymore. I can some what see how you would think he is weak because he doesnt have the standard slow or stun with him though but I think he probably one of the best defensive support in the game due to his disruption which is more than enough reason to pick him. | ||

He's been nerfed a bit, but distruption is amazing, his ulti is sick and soul catcher is crazy good for ganking. | ||
