I would ideally like to have both runes warded and then later in the game also ward other paths and jungle. Is 2 at a time pretty much the max? I know the stock timer is a bit shorter than the life so there can sometimes be more. So in a high level game only position 5 constantly buys wards? What does position 4 spend his money on mostly (meaning in a general sense, because i know they would spend it on whatever is needed).
I read a guide that said that in the beginning 1 support gets wards and the other gets the courier. A basic opening is that one buys courier/wards the other sentry/smoke and both "only" had to spend 300 gold each on support items.
Still sticking with some basic setup ideally your 2/3 are decent Mek carriers and can finish one quickly while your 4th pos spends his money working towards urn/medallion/arcanes/blink/force/whatever he needs. It's not uncommon to swap around who deals with buying wards/smokes depending on item timings.
Keep in mind that there are lots of exceptions (a 4th pos Enigma or KotL can e.g. farm Meks consistently, Urn might be gotten by someone else etc. etc.).
Edit: When it comes to wards especially early on you need to figure out if, when and where you can make cuts. Maybe you only use one ward at the start to cover the rune and protect your mid from their safelane, maybe you need both of them straight away. The better your wardspots are for the current situation of the game, the less you need to worry about how many you have up.
Whatever you do, protecting your wards by not being seen when placing them is huge, make sure to abuse if the enemy supports fuck that part up.

What key bindings should I use? I have a feeling my current ones are horribly inefficient.

Would probably help if you told us what you currently use.

It would tell us about your current preferences, things like legacy keys vs QWER, etc. It would mean that instead of suggesting something completely different which would be difficult to adjust to, we would just recommend a few tweaks that could increase your efficiency or whatever without much effort.

Alright thanks, I was playing void and I swear the juggs omni kept going after I chrono'd him and 2 others and he got me so low I died right after it ended.

I use QWER for abilities. I use 2345 for items.

It keeps going, I was playing Jugg last night and I anticipated the opponent void's chrono on a teammate and I jumped him and beat him up with omnislash while chrono was up lol.
He even had MoM up which made him just die so quickly. His allies were probably thinking they could kill my chrono'd allies so they came and got killed by omnislash as well.

Unless you're a pro, you have a ton of other things to work on. To answer your question, you need some group hotkeys too, so as long as you are able to reach F keys easily for hotkeying and controlling groups, or if you're fine just tabbing through units, it should be okay. A lot of people use that layout.

Does anyone know what programs these video makers (such as dotacinema, hexor etc.) use for recording and editing?

does activating omnislash/repel etc. get damage from nether ward?

Only activation I think, as once you're balling, you're in invulnerable state

Why do you think your keybinds are inefficient? Its 100% personal preference. If you can click your skills and use them when you need to it doesnt really matter what they are

Correct. Keep in mind Dendi still plays with legacy mode(pretty hard to reach compared to qwer) and still owns. It is all about being comfortable.

I prefer legacy because I misclick less, and I prefer having my hand stretched across the keyboard.
