Hvost has gotten many unnecessary amount of hate it's just stupid. If you have nothing else better to do then attacking Hvost then you aren't a fan of the team. Period. I have seen nothing but fake fans throwing Hvost under the bus without giving good reason other then "he's bad". Please. I already knew when Na'Vi didn't get into grand finals for TI4, people like that would just come out of the wood works. It's fun identifying them as they come out. | ||

That said, I am surprised XBOCT consistently comes up as a suspected culprit - he has been playing a fairly consistent 60-80 hours a fortnight of dota (minus his holidays/post TI) for almost the entire year, so his individual rate of practice is fairly decent.* It seems at least to me that the three cores do play a fairly consistent amount of dota as individuals. While Navi has never been a particularly "active" scrimming team, the impression from interviews (particularly that 40 minute one with Dendi post TI4) it is less any specific player responsible for the lack of team practice and more the attitude across the entire team / player relationships. Of course, it's all speculation. * since he likes to alias for half of Navi's games, it seems like I have to check his profile every second week to figure out if he's actually in lobby for Navi's matches. | ||

It's not a team scrim, but knowing your teammates is maybe the most paramount skill in dota, and you can still do that with half the team. | ||

On the rare times Dendi streams and stuff, he very rarely plays with people, and even more rarely it's with anyone from Na'Vi (just to have fun and what nots) They practice separately but never together for some odd reason. Then again... same could be said or like other teams. We don't see them do it, but does that mean they don't? Who knows. Can only guess >.< | ||

Nice...... Get your rose tinted goggles off please it is clear XBOCT has a problem with the team tuss making it hard for others to work with him as well. Do you remember the outburst he had when they lost ti3? Don't even get me started on the attitude they bring and then come up with stupid excuses.. and i'm talking all of them the only sensible person in this team at the moment is kuroky and maybe funn1k but that's maybe because funn1k just plays and doesn't comment like a chimp where ever he goes what hes team does or does not do during practice. Get a grip all of you who are defending them saying this is just a slump no it is not a slump the team has problems its obvious they said they were trying to resolve them they didn't manage proven by the fact they didn't get top3 at this Ti. From there on there will be only feuds between them because as i mentioned in my previous post this team is made of "STAR PLAYERS" or maybe i should start calling them former star players now because lets face it they do not look or act/play like those caliber of players now. | ||

This is far from definitive I know, but I think they'd be fools to let either of them go this year. [Edit] My understanding was this was new because they made a big deal about it launching on twitter like 5-6 weeks ago (and I'd never seen it before) but I'm seeing posts that date way back; maybe I am totally wrong? | ||

Sure sure, I don't think there's anything that would make a move impossible, I'm more saying maybe they would not have gone into this arrangement if they did not decide beforehand they were keeping both regardless of TI results. Or, what is more likely IMO, they can continue this project in its current shape even if one of the involved players will leave the team. It will be much more complicated but not impossible. | ||

Na'Vi seems to run, from a business perspective, very intelligently. Branding is important to business ventures. Puppey and/or Dendi leaving Na'Vi would negatively impact the branding of this product. | ||

Not because someone is leaving the Dota 2 team means they are leaving the organization, for all we know maybe X player got bored of the competitive scene because of ... i dont know you tell me lol, and wants something more relaxed ? | ||
