Is it actually good? It looked a bit boring to me on some streams, but maybe I'm just biased as someone who put a ton of hours into MS1. None of my old TLMS friends seem to be playing it so I haven't heard much yet. | ||

You can tell the original graphics were right at the edge of a transition - if they were trying to be realistic and had done HD on them it'd probably have wound up in the uncanny valley. Instead it just looks decent, but occasionally really weird. | ||

skills are all first job type shit so nothing that looks too fancy unless you're playing a runeblade lots of qol stuff and they have a clever way of monetizing the game now it's not so egregiously ptw like it was in ms1 where the only way to get gear was to use nx for cubes to roll lines on your gear also you can import your own music into the game and play them on an instrument in the middle of town i played the xx intro on repeat in ellinia | ||

Map doesn't seem to be enormous so far and taxi rides are probably objectively really cheap when you get to max level. | ||
