Anyways she didn't chat me. She called me and we talked for an hour. This is going waaay too well when is this gonna backfire I worked coding python(plus js es6 typescript angular etc) for almost a year. Fairly easy to learn language but it takes so much time to actually learn and make use of its advantages. Not an expert but my workmates often told me that python is too heavy compared to others | ||

I can do nothing and do not even have a proper project yet. Maybe I'll just do... Something. Like my CHP - hot water storage model from my thesis. I want to build an app for farmers so that they can check the performance of their anaerobic digestion plant... Gas and energy production wise. I'll use react for that. But I don't know HTML yet. And a co-worker sent me a python tutorial and I though might as well go for it. Gl with the girl and don't worry too much about it. Just enough to stay excited. Enjoy the ride! | ||

BTW update the python version before you start coding. And when learning frontend frameworks like angular/veu/react make sure you have good understanding on what language it is based on( like for angular you need to learn es6/typescript before actually learning angular) I suggest just find some tutorials or go to code academy for starting to learn it for ease But later make sure you use the official documentations over tutorials as good practice. I feel like eieio and other programmers here might have better insights than I do Yeah tnx man im just gonna apply jaedongs words "why would I worry ? + Show Spoiler + I just figured out that the reason old filter designers used to keep things in normalized capacitance for designing coupled transmission lines was because they didn't have computers to solve their problems. As a result, all the old work is hard to bridge into the real world since nobody really teaches you how to translate normalized capacitance into physical dimensions anymore. And at the time, normalized capacitance was the easiest to work with since it ignores geometric properties of transmission lines. However, the new generation of engineers like to use even and odd mode impedance because we have computers to generate physical dimensions from them (kinda). What's left is a generation of textbooks that designed circuits one way, which haven't ever reaaaally been updated for the 21st century that I now need to explain on the thesis. If I want to design this type of circuit properly it feels like I basically have to go from scratch, using tools that haven't really been adequately preserved since computers make life much easier. Luckily the old filter designers were good at explaining stuff, even if their methods were pretty antiquated. The good news about working with this stuff is the fact that I may be able to explain mathematically why one of the very commonly used aspects of microwave circuit design actually works the way we think it does since everyone else just cites a paper [] and runs away... | ||
