I was thinner before until I counted calories. I used to eat pizza quite often. You and me are neither unique. The calorie thing works, you just actually eat less than you think you do. If you're supposed to eat 3k calories you might be eating 2.8k in shitfood but it's still not 3k so whatever. | ||
