Actually it was pretty even for the first 30 mins if you look at the xp graph. Which part do you hate in the build though? Definitely open for suggestions as I'l be picking him more again.
Deso allowed me to solo kill supports and pressure towers, I actually farmed our ancient stack and tanked rosh with Vlads. Had no one else to build AC so I picked that up. At that point I had like 1k health with million armor and we started snowballing so I just bought a straight Heart.
Couple games before that I went Dagon/Eblade and game before that Orchid.

Deso/Vlads just allows me to rat and farm too unlike Dagon/Eblade. :I
Urn definitely sounds like something I should pick up after Phase though, had a casual Bracer instead.

All right, this second one has a urn. 100% better. And the other game had a tinker/spectre, so I can see the lack of a dagon since you don't want all your damage canceled out by a BKB.

dunno what tix are but probably same as last year (1/2/500 for normal/floor/VIP tickets)
accomodation wasn't cheap for me last year, i think my share ran $125 splitting a room 5 ways lol, this year i'm prolly staying with friends at an airbnb (booked about 2 hours after the dates announcement ROFL) so cheap. Food at the venue is expensive and questionable, although last year there was a food festival in essentially teh same place (basically millions of food trucks within near walking distance) but that wasn't exactly cheap either.
