I mean it's even funnier to me that if someone else says no he's just like "ok" and picks another role. Kinda similar to S4 having no problem giving up mid but that makes more sense to me since mid is more in demand in the average pub.

also has anyone been watching the Summit SEA qualifiers? Have David & David been good? Been thinking about fixing my sleep schedule and watching some vintage BTS but it starts at 5 am for me so I'd have to commit lol

I've watched bits and pieces of it. Casters are tolerable, in my opinion. I don't have a ton of insight past that, because all that really matters to me is that they sound decent. I generally judge and analyze the games on my own. Takes them being really, really obnoxious or wrong to piss me off. Only time I listen to them is during pauses.

I actually don't even really know who they are... isn't LD one of them?

I'm better at it than them because I don't have to cover the map and talk to an a co-caster and an audience at the same time.

I mean, I could probably do a decent amateur effort, but I've done casts for SC2 before and that's some tough shit.

i flame casters as much as anyone but there honestly isn't a harder game to talk about without sounding like an idiot...which is probably why they all sound like idiots so often

Most casters are really bad at analysis - but its actually really hard to give good analysis while you are casting a game. Liek its hard to make your brain do that.

David & David are LD and GoDz

I've loved their casts in the past it's just been ages since I've actually seen them cast together lol. Guess I'll stay up tonight and see how much I can make it through.

Also GoDz has been streaming a few games before each cast and he's pretty legit for a caster :p gogo semipro australians~

I fucking bet. It's still something I'd like to do sometime, though as a co-caster instead of a caster. My good computer is a budget build from five years ago.

I used to cast SC2 games for a few people at my school back when I was actually ~~good~~ not garbage at that game and HOLY SHIT its so fucking hard asndflajnslwer

I definitely flame casters out of frustration in LR threads sometimes but honestly it's hard to blame most of them and the ones that do it well are actually super talented
