to be fair, you're putting a notable storm player vs some 6k no name lina mid player. who knows how good they are.
besides, if you take a look at the kill at ~15min into the video, you'll notice how outmatched she is. blitz schools her despite the lina getting the jump on him.
without even watching the video (i watched it last night) im pretty sure youre talking about the engagement above dire medium camp where blitz gets caught walking uphill? lina does everything right there and still loses, not because blitz is omgwtfsicknasty, but because rai'jin is a fucking broken hero.

you know what kinda heroes storm hates? instant initiation and heavy nuke...i think that's the point dismiss is trying to make here..if you lose the lane, you're not in a good spot vs a hero that, if she combos correctly (especially with a level advantage), obliterates storm.

did you watch the whole video? blitz even tells you how once you have orchid you can interrupt her combo when she tornados you. you'll still get stunned but she won't be able to get the rest off because orchid is instant.
besides, if you're being initiated on as storm spirit you are not playing the hero properly (or you have no vision at all and are free to flame the fuck out of your supports)

i enjoy both of their catalogs in limited doses, but neither of them are even on my iphone.
im also massively self-loathing and prefer to listen to obscure black metal and old english drum and bass, not sure how relevant that is but there you have it.
i'm on eieio's side with kanye > radiohead though it makes me feel somehow plebeian because radiohead is clearly more pretentious (kanye's pretentious but he's not that smart intelligent (edit: idk but i think what im getting at is obvious) so it balances out to a happy middle)

Because being 6k means that you play every hero insanely well at every stage of the game. Again, you don't want to understand that it's less about the storm playing crazy good, but rather about the lina not leveraging her advantage, which is something the storm player has no control over.
